If anything is wrong, tell the courier immediately and contact us right away by phone or WhatsApp, and we will arrange for the parcel to be returned to us with the same courier. Return shipping for a confirmed problem is at our cost, as described in our Refund Policy. Wrong items, missing quantities and visible damage can only be reported at the time of delivery.
