1. About these terms.
By using vittoriokurdistan.com and the Vittorio app (the "Service"), operated by Vittorio Kurdistan ("we", "us", the "Seller"), you agree to these terms. The Seller's details are shown on this page and on our Contact page.
2. Products and prices.
We sell fragrances under the Vittorio and S Parfum brands. Prices are shown in US dollars, Iraqi dinars or Turkish lira depending on the language you select. Product images are for illustration and packaging or colour may differ slightly. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about a product.
3. Orders.
You order by adding products to your cart and completing checkout with accurate contact and delivery details. An order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation with your order number, items, price and delivery information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Cancellation by you.
You may cancel an order at any time before it is handed to the delivery service by contacting us.
5. Cancellation by us.
We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as insufficient stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and we will tell you. If you have already paid, we refund you in full within 3 business days.
6. Price changes.
Prices may change from time to time. If the price of an item in your order changes before confirmation, we will tell you and you may confirm or cancel.
7. Payment.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. When you pay online, payment is processed on the secure page of our payment provider, and we never see or store your card details.
8. Delivery.
Delivery is described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Please inspect your parcel in the courier's presence when it is handed over, as explained there.

10. Discounts and loyalty.
Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on your cart subtotal. Loyalty points have no cash value and can be redeemed only for the rewards listed in the app. We may change or end these programs with reasonable notice.
11. Accounts.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
12. Intellectual property.
All logos, images, text and designs on the Service belong to Vittorio Kurdistan or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
13. Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
14. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith through the contact details on our Contact page.
